The location was marvellous and awesome at B52 Beach Resort. It was close to food markets in Thong Sala and a ferry that traveled in the opposite direction. - My villa was outstanding with a verandah.

The location was unbeatable, just next door to Very close to the bar / beach with lovely interior, and close to the Thongsala Pier for boats to-and-from Koh Tao / Koh Phangan. It also was easy to get one from the ferry terminal.

The whole staff where really serviceminded (with especially one guy "Chai", who would give that little extra, wich people who are really far away from home truly appreciate. We experinced that these (staff) were people we could trust! After travelling around the island and going on various trips, we were always delighted when coming back to the resort, to a peacefull and relaxing atmosphere. Food was surprisingly good and the prices right. The location for the pool and restaurant, literally on the beach, was the best.We had a standard bungalow with a great view to the pool and beach. A really fantastic scenery. I recomend hiring a bike while the resort is about 10 min walk (in the heat) from "town" and it's the best way to discover the island. Would definitely stay there again!
When we first arrived, there were construction going on at the entrance of the resort and I was quite sceptic towards noise. The truth is that we were never bothered by this, because it was only small construction. The pool deck a bit weared down, need some "paint".

The personal touch from the staff was so lovely, they were quick to help us on any front during our stay. The villas are well worth paying for that little bit extra.
The pool had a fair bit of algae, but the beach was more than inviting on our doorstep.
